  • Lead and oversee the pricing strategy team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for Salesforce's products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings and business objectives
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed pricing decisions
  • Monitor and track pricing performance, making adjustments as needed to drive growth and profitability
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on pricing strategy and performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in pricing strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams
  • Continuously evaluate and improve pricing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support sales and marketing teams in developing pricing proposals and responding to customer inquiries
  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the pricing strategy team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Pricing Strategy Development: A Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy At Salesforce Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Developing Pricing Strategies For A Tech Company, Preferably In The Saas Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Data Analysis And The Ability To Interpret Complex Data To Make Informed Pricing Decisions. A Senior Manager Should Be Proficient In Using Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Sql, And Tableau.

  • Knowledge Of The Saas Industry: Salesforce Is A Leading Saas Company, And The Senior Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Industry, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs To Develop Effective Pricing Strategies.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Involve Leading A Team Of Pricing Analysts And Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Managing And Coaching A Team, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Presenting Pricing Strategies To Senior Executives And Stakeholders Within The Company. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Articulate Complex Pricing Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.
