We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager to join our team as a Mulesoft Product Enablement Trainer. As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in training and enabling our employees to become experts in Mulesoft, our integration platform. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and technical expertise in Mulesoft.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Mulesoft training program for employees at all levels, including new hires and experienced staff.
  2. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on exercises.
  3. Conduct training sessions both in person and virtually, ensuring all employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to utilize Mulesoft effectively.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and updates in Mulesoft and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
  6. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  7. Mentor and coach junior trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on Mulesoft, providing support and guidance to employees as needed.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and showcase the benefits and capabilities of Mulesoft.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in training and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Mulesoft Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Mulesoft Technology, Including Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, Api Management, And Integration Tools.

  • Proven Experience As A Trainer: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Training Programs, Workshops, And Seminars On Mulesoft Products To A Diverse Audience, Including Developers, Architects, And Business Users.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Delivering Training Sessions And Presentations To Large Groups Of Employees And Customers. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential.

  • Leadership And Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role, Preferably In A Technical Training Or Enablement Function. They Should Be Able To Lead A Team Of Trainers And Effectively Manage Training Programs And Resources.

  • Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Since The Role Is At Salesforce, Familiarity With The Salesforce Ecosystem And Products Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of How Mulesoft Integrates With Other Salesforce Products And Be Able To Provide Training On These Integrations.
