  • Lead and oversee all aspects of mergers and acquisitions integration for Salesforce, including strategy, planning, execution, and post-merger integration activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and target companies to facilitate smooth and successful integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential acquisition targets, conduct due diligence, and make recommendations to senior leadership
  • Develop and execute integration plans to achieve synergies, cost savings, and operational efficiencies
  • Monitor and track integration progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise
  • Manage a team of integration professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful integration outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in M&A integration, applying them to continuously improve processes and procedures
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in M&A integration, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed
  • Communicate integration progress and outcomes to senior leadership, providing regular updates and reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout all aspects of the M&A process and integration activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In M&A Integration: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Managing Mergers And Acquisitions, With A Strong Focus On Post-Merger Integration. This Experience Should Include Successfully Leading And Executing Multiple Complex Integration Projects.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Corporate Development: A Strong Understanding Of The Corporate Development Process, Including Deal Evaluation, Due Diligence, And Integration Planning Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Valuation Techniques.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Entire Integration Process, Including Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Coordinating With External Partners. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Communicate Effectively, Are Crucial.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Abilities And A Solid Business Acumen. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Evaluate Potential Acquisition Targets, Assess Market Trends And Competitive Landscapes, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
