Job Description

As a Senior Manager of M&A Integration in our Corporate Development team, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions. We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional who can lead and execute complex integration projects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition for acquired companies. If you have a passion for driving business growth and a strong track record in M&A integration, we want you on our team.

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for mergers and acquisitions to support the overall growth strategy of the company.
  2. Lead and manage the end-to-end integration process for acquired companies, including developing project plans, setting timelines, and managing resources.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition for acquired companies, including legal, finance, sales, and product teams.
  4. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisition targets to assess their compatibility with Salesforce's business goals and culture.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain alignment and support for integration efforts.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the integration process, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  7. Develop integration playbooks and best practices, and continuously improve and refine processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  9. Communicate progress and updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in M&A integration, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the team.
