We are currently seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Manager for our M&A Integration team within our Corporate Development department. As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our mergers and acquisitions by leading and executing integration efforts.   1. Lead and manage all aspects of mergers and acquisitions integration for the company, from planning to execution.
  2. Develop and implement integration strategies, timelines, and plans to ensure a successful and seamless transition of acquired companies into the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, HR, and IT, to identify and address potential integration challenges and risks.
  4. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisition targets and provide recommendations to senior leadership on integration feasibility.
  5. Communicate with acquired company leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of integration plans and timelines.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of integration specialists to support the integration process and drive successful outcomes.
  7. Develop and implement best practices and processes for M&A integration, continuously seeking ways to improve and streamline the process.
  8. Monitor and track integration progress, identify and address any roadblocks or issues, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  9. Serve as a key liaison between the acquired company and Salesforce's leadership team, providing updates and recommendations as needed.
  10. Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting a culture of integration and collaboration across departments and teams.
  11. Drive post-merger integration activities, including cultural alignment, systems integration, and process harmonization.
  12. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of integration efforts, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in M&A integration and apply them to the company's integration processes.
  14. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, both internally and externally, as a leader in M&A integration.

  • Extensive Experience In Mergers And Acquisitions: A Senior Manager, M&A Integration At Salesforce Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Mergers And Acquisitions, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Be Well-Versed In The Entire M&A Process, Including Deal Sourcing, Due Diligence, Integration Planning, And Post-Merger Integration.

They Should Also Be Able To Manage Competing Priorities And Handle Unexpected Challenges During The Integration Process.

  • Strategic Mindset: Salesforce Is A Rapidly Growing Company, And M&A Plays A Critical Role In Its Growth Strategy. A Senior Manager, M&A Integration Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Identify And Evaluate Potential Acquisition Targets That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives. They Should Also Have The Ability To Develop Integration Plans That Drive Synergies And Create Value For The Company.
