We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our M&A Change Management & Experience team. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving successful integration and adoption of acquired companies into the Salesforce ecosystem. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about change management and has a strong track record of leading successful M&A projects.   1. Lead the M&A Change Management & Experience team to ensure successful integration and adoption of acquired companies into the Salesforce ecosystem.
  2. Develop and implement change management strategies and processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption for all stakeholders.
  3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership teams, employees, and external partners, to effectively communicate and manage change.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment and coordination during the integration process.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs and resources to support the onboarding and integration of acquired companies.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the success of integration efforts and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in change management and apply them to drive successful integrations.
  8. Work closely with the M&A team to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  9. Lead and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  10. Communicate and advocate for the vision and goals of the M&A Change Management & Experience team to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Change Management: The Senior Manager Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Leading Change Management Initiatives, Preferably In The Context Of M&A Transactions. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Techniques, As Well As A Track Record Of Successfully Driving Organizational Change.

  • Knowledge Of M&A Processes And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The M&A Process And Be Familiar With Best Practices In This Area. They Should Have Experience In Managing M&A Integration Projects, Including Developing And Executing Integration Plans, Managing Stakeholder Expectations, And Driving Synergy Realization.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership, Cross-Functional Teams, And External Partners. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Others.

  • Experience In Project Management: The Senior Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Projects With Multiple Workstreams And Tight Timelines. They Should Be Well-Versed In Project Management Methodologies And Tools, And Be Able To Effectively Plan, Execute, And Monitor Project Progress.

  • Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Platforms: As A Leading Technology Company, Salesforce Requires The Senior Manager To Have A Strong Understanding Of Their Products And Platforms. They Should Have Experience Working With Salesforce Products And Be Able To Leverage Their Knowledge To Drive Successful Change Initiatives Within The Organization.
