  1. Develop and implement strategies to facilitate the integration of newly acquired entities into the Salesforce ecosystem.
  2. Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition during mergers and acquisitions.
  3. Manage the change management process for mergers and acquisitions, including communication, training, and stakeholder management.
  4. Act as a key point of contact for the integration process, providing updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to identify and address potential challenges and risks during the integration process.
  6. Ensure alignment of processes, systems, and culture between Salesforce and newly acquired entities.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved in the integration process.
  8. Monitor and track the success of integration efforts, making adjustments as needed to ensure a seamless transition.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members involved in the integration process.

  • Extensive Experience In Managing M&A Integration Projects: A Senior Manager In M&A Change Management & Experience At Salesforce Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale M&A Integration Projects. This Includes The Ability To Develop And Execute Integration Plans, Manage Stakeholders, And Mitigate Risks To Ensure A Smooth Transition.

  • Strong Knowledge Of M&A Best Practices And Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of M&A Best Practices And Strategies, Including Due Diligence, Integration Planning, Change Management, And Communication. This Knowledge Is Essential In Guiding The Organization Through The Complexities Of An M&A Transaction.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Senior Manager In M&A Change Management & Experience, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leaders, Employees, And External Partners. Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships And Manage Expectations Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Ability To Lead And Develop A Team: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team. The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Change Management Professionals And Ensuring The Successful Execution Of Integration Plans.
