  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for mergers and acquisitions at Salesforce.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new companies and processes.
  3. Enhance the overall employee experience during M&A transitions.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of change management specialists to execute the strategy.
  5. Develop communication plans and materials to effectively communicate changes to employees.
  6. Create and implement training programs to support employees through the transition.
  7. Analyze and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with M&A transitions.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the success of change management initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in M&A and change management.
  11. Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees during M&A transitions.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the change management function.
  13. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of M&A and change management strategies.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information related to M&A activities.
  15. Act as a thought leader and advocate for change management within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale M&A Integration And Change Management Projects, Preferably Within The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of M&A Processes And Best Practices, Including Due Diligence, Integration Planning, And Post-Merger Integration.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization, Including C-Suite Executives.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Delivering Complex Initiatives On Time, Within Budget, And With High Quality Results.

  • Strong Communication And Influencing Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Navigate And Manage Change In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
