Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale M&A Integration And Change Management Projects, Preferably Within The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of M&A Processes And Best Practices, Including Due Diligence, Integration Planning, And Post-Merger Integration.
Demonstrated Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization, Including C-Suite Executives.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Delivering Complex Initiatives On Time, Within Budget, And With High Quality Results.
Strong Communication And Influencing Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Navigate And Manage Change In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
