- Lead and oversee all change management initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions at Salesforce.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for integrating acquired companies into Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful integration process.
- Develop and implement communication plans to effectively communicate changes and updates to employees, stakeholders, and customers.
- Conduct thorough assessments of the impact of changes on employees and develop plans to mitigate any potential risks or challenges.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and teams throughout the change process.
- Identify and address any resistance to change and develop strategies to overcome it.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices and provide training and support to other teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and leaders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in change management and apply them to continuously improve processes at Salesforce.
