  1. Lead and oversee all change management initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions at Salesforce.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for integrating acquired companies into Salesforce.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful integration process.
  4. Develop and implement communication plans to effectively communicate changes and updates to employees, stakeholders, and customers.
  5. Conduct thorough assessments of the impact of changes on employees and develop plans to mitigate any potential risks or challenges.
  6. Provide guidance and support to leaders and teams throughout the change process.
  7. Identify and address any resistance to change and develop strategies to overcome it.
  8. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices and provide training and support to other teams as needed.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and leaders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in change management and apply them to continuously improve processes at Salesforce.
  12. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment and serve as a role model for change management practices.
  13. Participate in M&A strategy discussions and provide insights and recommendations based on change management expertise.
  14. Manage a team of change management professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed.
  15. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organization.

  • Strong Experience In M&A: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have Extensive Experience In Mergers And Acquisitions, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Conducting Due Diligence, And Managing Integration Processes.

  • Change Management Expertise: As M&A Transactions Often Involve Significant Changes Within An Organization, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Change Management Strategies And Techniques.
