In this role, you will lead and manage a team responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise mobility strategies.   1. Lead and manage a team responsible for developing and executing enterprise mobility strategies.
  2. Oversee the design and implementation of mobile technologies and solutions for the organization.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends and advancements in the mobile industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs related to enterprise mobility.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for mobility initiatives.
  6. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on how to optimize and enhance existing enterprise mobility strategies.
  7. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of current mobility strategies and make necessary adjustments to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all enterprise mobility projects.
  9. Mentor and coach team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  10. Communicate updates and progress to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for incorporating them into the organization's mobility strategies.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and security standards related to enterprise mobility.
  13. Act as a point of escalation for any issues or challenges related to enterprise mobility.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
  15. Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise mobility strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Enterprise Mobility Management: A Senior Manager At Salesforce Should Possess A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience In Managing Mobility Solutions For Large Enterprises. This Includes Knowledge Of Mobile Device Management (Mdm), Mobile Application Management (Mam), And Mobile Content Management (Mcm) Technologies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Professionals Who Are Responsible For Delivering Enterprise Mobility Solutions To Clients. The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Driving And Executing Projects, Managing Resources, And Ensuring Successful Delivery Of Solutions.

  • Business Acumen: A Senior Manager At Salesforce Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Business Needs And Challenges Of Clients In Various Industries. This Includes The Ability To Identify Opportunities For Mobility Solutions, Develop Business Cases, And Align Solutions With The Overall Business Strategy Of Clients.

  • Technical Expertise: In Addition To Business Acumen, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Mobility Solutions. This Includes Knowledge Of Mobile Operating Systems, Security Protocols, Application Development, And Integration With Other Enterprise Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Frequent Interactions With Clients, Internal Stakeholders, And Team Members. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate Ideas, Build Relationships, And Resolve Conflicts. This Also Includes The Ability To Present Complex Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
