- Develop and implement demand generation strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive revenue for Salesforce products and solutions.
- Lead a team of demand generation specialists to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, digital advertising, events, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and creative services, to ensure campaign success and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve and innovate demand generation efforts.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI and meet campaign goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive campaign success and foster collaboration.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify target audiences, personalize messaging, and optimize campaign targeting and messaging.

- Represent Salesforce and the Demand Generation team at industry events and conferences, showcasing our brand and thought leadership.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Extensive Experience In Demand Generation: A Senior Manager In Demand Generation Campaigns At Salesforce Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Planning And Executing Successful Demand Generation Campaigns. This Experience Should Include Lead Generation, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, And Other Relevant Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Delivering Significant Revenue Growth Through Demand Generation Campaigns. This Should Include Experience In Managing Large Budgets And Achieving Roi Targets.
