Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Alliances to join Salesforce’s world-class team. This is a great opportunity to lead and grow strategic partnerships with some of the largest organizations in the world. As a Senior Manager - Alliances, you will be responsible for developing and executing on innovative initiatives with our partners to drive growth and success.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of sales, business development, and/or alliance experience and an MBA. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential, as well as the ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively across teams, and drive results. If you’re passionate about partnerships, have a proven record of success, and are eager to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute innovative initiatives with strategic partners to drive growth and success.
  2. Leverage strong communication and relationship management skills to build and maintain partnerships.
  3. Utilize strategic thinking and collaboration skills to foster effective teamwork and drive results.
  4. Monitor and analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in partner companies.
  6. Regularly assess competitive landscape and industry trends to inform partnership decisions.
  7. Negotiate and close complex deals.
  8. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales.
