Senior Lead, Data Governance Onboarding

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Lead, Data Governance Onboarding to join the Salesforce team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding of data governance practices within the organization. You will need to have a strong understanding of data governance concepts, as well as the ability to be creative and think outside of the box when it comes to designing and implementing data governance programs.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or related field. You must also have a minimum of three years of experience in data governance, specifically around onboarding and data governance implementation. An excellent understanding of data governance principles, such as data privacy, data integrity, data security, and data quality, is essential. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
