Additionally, they must have a proven track record of driving successful onboarding projects and initiatives. 1. Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure data governance processes and practices are established and in compliance with company policies.
2. Develop and implement data governance and stewardship policies.
3. Manage and monitor data governance and onboarding projects.
4. Establish and maintain data governance and onboarding procedures.
5. Maintain a current understanding of best practices in data governance.
6. Analyze data governance and onboarding processes and recommend changes for improvement.
7. Create and maintain data governance dashboards and reports.
8. Lead data governance training and awareness sessions.
9. Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
10. Liaise with external stakeholders and maintain relationships.
