Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Experience Consultant to join our team at Salesforce! In this role, you will be responsible for advising customers on the best solutions to meet their business needs and providing them with a superior experience.The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, have a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and services, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is driven and passionate about developing customer relationships, has a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Advise customers on the best solutions to meet their business needs and provide a superior experience • Have a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and services • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Develop customer relationships and maintain a positive attitude • Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Provide customer support and technical advice • Utilize customer feedback to inform product development • Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
