  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in order to provide expert guidance and support to customers.
  7. Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality support.
  8. Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources to meet business goals.
  9. Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of the technical support engineering team.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with senior management to provide updates on departmental goals, initiatives, and challenges.
  11. Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into the technical support engineering processes.
