  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth and strengthen the partnership between Salesforce and AWS.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and partner teams, to identify joint marketing opportunities and create impactful campaigns.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at AWS to drive alignment and maximize the impact of joint marketing efforts.
  4. Lead and manage a high-performing team of partner marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive their success.
  5. Identify market trends and insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure Salesforce and AWS stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Create and manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
  7. Drive the development of joint marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, and webinars, to showcase the value of the Salesforce and AWS partnership.
  8. Monitor and track marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate partner marketing strategies.
  10. Represent Salesforce at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote the partnership with AWS and build brand awareness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Partner Marketing: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Partner Marketing, With A Majority Of That Experience Being In A Senior Or Leadership Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Partner Ecosystems And A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Partner Marketing Strategies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Aws: Salesforce Is Looking For A Senior Director Who Has A Deep Understanding Of Aws And The Aws Partner Community. This Includes Knowledge Of Aws' Products, Services, And Solutions, As Well As Their Go-To-Market Strategy And Channels. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience Working With Aws Partners And Leveraging Their Capabilities To Drive Joint Marketing Initiatives.

  • Strategic Thinker And Leader: As A Senior Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Setting The Overall Partner Marketing Strategy For Aws At Salesforce. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And The Ability To Lead And Inspire A Team To Execute On That Strategy. They Should Also Have Experience Developing And Managing Budgets, As Well As Measuring And Reporting On The Success Of Marketing Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Will Require The Senior Director To Work Closely With Various Teams Within Salesforce, As Well As External Partners And Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas And Build Strong Relationships With Internal And External Partners.
