- Lead and manage the GTM Operations team, providing guidance and mentorship to drive performance and achieve business goals.
- Create and implement scalable processes and systems to support the rapid growth of the organization, ensuring operational excellence across all areas of GTM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to drive alignment and ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in GTM operations, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce's GTM strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape the future of Salesforce and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the GTM Operations team, encouraging new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on GTM operations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's GTM strategy and build relationships with potential customers.
10+ Years Of Experience In Operations Management: A Senior Director Of Gtm Operations At Salesforce Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within Operations, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Large Teams And Overseeing Complex Operations Processes.
Strong Understanding Of Go-To-Market Strategy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Go-To-Market Strategy For Technology Products And Services. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Sales And Marketing Strategies, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Customer Needs And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Operational Efficiency: Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Implementing Process Improvements And Driving Operational Efficiency At Previous Organizations. This Includes Experience In Implementing Scalable Processes, Optimizing Resources, And Reducing Costs.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Leader At Salesforce, The Senior Director Of Gtm Operations Will Be Responsible For Managing A Large Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Effectively Managing And Motivating Teams, As Well As Building Strong Relationships With Stakeholders.
