  1. Develop and implement the global go-to-market strategy for Salesforce, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the GTM Operations team, providing guidance and mentorship to drive performance and achieve business goals.
  3. Create and implement scalable processes and systems to support the rapid growth of the organization, ensuring operational excellence across all areas of GTM.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to drive alignment and ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous optimization of GTM operations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in GTM operations, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce's GTM strategy.
  7. Partner with senior leadership to shape the future of Salesforce and contribute to the overall business strategy.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the GTM Operations team, encouraging new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth.
  9. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on GTM operations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  10. Represent Salesforce at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's GTM strategy and build relationships with potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ Years Of Experience In Operations Management: A Senior Director Of Gtm Operations At Salesforce Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within Operations, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Large Teams And Overseeing Complex Operations Processes.

  • Strong Understanding Of Go-To-Market Strategy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Go-To-Market Strategy For Technology Products And Services. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Sales And Marketing Strategies, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Customer Needs And Market Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Operational Efficiency: Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Implementing Process Improvements And Driving Operational Efficiency At Previous Organizations. This Includes Experience In Implementing Scalable Processes, Optimizing Resources, And Reducing Costs.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Leader At Salesforce, The Senior Director Of Gtm Operations Will Be Responsible For Managing A Large Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Effectively Managing And Motivating Teams, As Well As Building Strong Relationships With Stakeholders.

  • Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Comfortable Working With Data To Drive Decision-Making. This Includes Experience In Using Data To Identify Trends, Make Strategic Recommendations, And Measure The Success Of Operational Initiatives. Knowledge Of Salesforce's Analytics Tools And Platforms Is A Plus.
