
Senior Director, GTM Operations

- Develop and execute strategies to drive operational excellence and efficiency across go-to-market functions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align GTM operations with overall business objectives and revenue growth targets.
- Lead and manage a team of GTM operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline and optimize GTM operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance GTM operations and increase productivity.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on go-to-market initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in GTM operations to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets for GTM operations and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Act as a key representative for GTM operations in meetings and presentations with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the GTM operations team.
- Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the company and its values, both internally and externally, at all times.
Extensive Experience In Sales Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10-12 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Sales Processes, Tools, And Systems.
