Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director, Corporate Bookings to join the Salesforce family. Our ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic and tactical skills to drive corporate bookings growth and ensure that our customers are supported with best-in-class sales experiences.The Senior Director, Corporate Bookings should possess a proven track record of successful corporate bookings and experience leading a sales organization. In addition, they should have a clear vision and strategy to drive corporate bookings growth, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.We are looking for an individual who has a passion for sales, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have the ability to think strategically, be highly organized, and have a strong customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive corporate bookings growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead and manage a sales team to meet and exceed corporate booking goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide direction to the sales team.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  6. Monitor and evaluate competitive market trends to inform sales strategies.
  7. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  8. Develop and implement processes and systems to streamline sales operations.
  9. Develop and maintain a customer database to track sales performance.
  10. Analyze sales trends and provide timely reports to management.

Compensation
