Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Director of Corporate Bookings with the right mix of energy, enthusiasm, intelligence, and organizational savvy to join our Salesforce team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving corporate bookings growth through the implementation of effective strategies, processes, and team management.To be successful in this role, you must have a demonstrated track record of success in corporate booking sales as well as excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. You must understand the needs of large corporate customers and be able to craft tailored strategies to meet their needs. In addition, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong ability to multi-task, and possess a strong customer service orientation.If you’re an ambitious, driven professional with a passion for driving corporate bookings growth and the skills to back it up, then we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective corporate bookings strategies.
  2. Manage and lead a team of corporate booking sales professionals.
  3. Analyze customer needs and develop tailored strategies to meet them.
  4. Monitor and track progress of corporate bookings growth.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  8. Create and maintain effective relationships with corporate customers.
  9. Design and implement processes and procedures for corporate bookings.
  10. Develop and implement training programs for corporate booking teams.
