
Senior Director, Corporate Bookings
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Director, Corporate Bookings, to join our team at Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, business-minded professional with an established track record of success in developing and executing booking strategies. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and has the ability to solve complex problems.The Senior Director, Corporate Bookings, will have overall responsibility for overseeing the entire corporate booking process, while ensuring maximum revenue potential and controlling costs. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, knowledge of the technology industry, and a proven record of success in producing results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute booking strategies that maximize revenue potential and control costs.
- Oversee the entire corporate booking process from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
- Lead a corporate booking team in achieving established goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members while monitoring their performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Create and present reports to senior management regarding sales performance.
