  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive capacity planning strategy for Salesforce's global operations, taking into account current and future business needs, industry trends, and potential risks.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and sales to gather data and insights to inform capacity planning decisions.
  3. Use advanced forecasting and modeling techniques to accurately predict resource needs and identify potential bottlenecks.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make proactive recommendations for adjustments to capacity plans.
  5. Create and maintain detailed capacity reports and dashboards to track progress and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of capacity planning analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and continuous improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in capacity planning to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
  8. Collaborate with senior leadership to align capacity planning efforts with overall company goals and priorities.
  9. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges in capacity planning, proposing solutions to mitigate their impact on the company's operations and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Capacity Planning And Performance Analysis In A Large-Scale Production Environment.

  • Proficient In Capacity Planning Tools And Methodologies, Such As Load Testing, Modeling, And Forecasting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Large Data Sets To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
