  9. Conduct training and provide support to sales teams on new processes and tools.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  11. Mentor and guide junior analysts within the team.
  12. Meet and exceed performance targets and contribute to overall team success.
  13. Represent the Sales Strategy & Operations team in cross-functional meetings and present updates to senior leadership.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to ensure scalability and adaptability to changing business needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Strategy And Operations, Preferably In A Technology Or Saas Company.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools, Such As Salesforce Crm And Excel.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Sales Strategies, Processes, And Programs.
