- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to gather and analyze data and develop actionable insights
- Develop and maintain sales forecast models to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on sales performance and key metrics
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales strategy and operations
- Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and sales processes
- Communicate and coordinate with global sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in processes and strategies
- Continuously evaluate and improve data integrity and accuracy in sales systems and processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Strategy And Operations, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And High-Growth Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Extract Insights From Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Proficient In Salesforce Crm And Other Relevant Sales And Analytics Tools.
