Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Sales Operations Or Strategy Roles.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Turn Data Into Actionable Insights.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Crm Systems, Preferably Salesforce.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Performance And Revenue Growth Through Strategic Planning And Execution.
