- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth for the global sales organization.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align on business objectives and execute on strategic initiatives.
- Lead process improvement projects to optimize sales operations and drive efficiency.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales strategy and operations, and apply them to improve processes and drive results.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
- Represent the Sales Strategy & Operations team in cross-functional meetings and projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Strategy And Operations Within A Technology Or Software Company.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies And Processes To Drive Revenue Growth.
