- Analyze market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of partner program offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to understand their needs and provide support and guidance.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of partner programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of partner program goals with overall business objectives.
- Design and implement partner training and enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and financial sustainability of partner programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to continuously improve and evolve partner program strategies.
- Communicate program updates, changes, and successes to internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management And Benefits Design, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Implementing Successful Partner Programs And Initiatives.
Strong Understanding Of Benefits Design And Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Internal And External Stakeholders.
