  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the global sales teams, including new hire training, ongoing skills development, and specialized training for specific roles and products.
  2. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and create targeted solutions to address them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to inform training content and materials.
  4. Utilize a variety of training methods, such as classroom instruction, virtual training, e-learning, and on-the-job coaching, to ensure maximum effectiveness and engagement.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback, metrics, and industry best practices.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales processes, tools, and products to provide guidance and support to the sales teams.
  7. Manage and maintain training materials, including presentations, job aids, and resources, to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  8. Support the development and implementation of new processes and tools by providing training and support to the sales teams.
  9. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address specific training needs and opportunities for improvement.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales training and development to continuously improve our programs.
  11. Mentor and coach other trainers and team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  12. Represent the Global Enablement team and promote the importance of training and development to various stakeholders within the organization.
  13. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  14. Travel as needed to deliver training programs at various locations worldwide.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Conducting Global Training Programs: A Senior Analyst, Global Enablement Trainer At Salesforce Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Delivering Training Programs For A Global Audience. This Includes Experience In Creating And Delivering Virtual Training Sessions, As Well As In-Person Training Workshops.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce's Suite Of Products And Services, Including Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (Crm) And Other Cloud-Based Solutions. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Train Users On How To Maximize The Use Of These Tools In Their Day-To-Day Work.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Global Trainer, The Senior Analyst Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Deliver Training Content To A Diverse Audience. This Includes The Ability To Adapt Their Communication Style To Suit Different Learning Styles And Cultures.

  • Proven Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Analyst Should Be A Critical Thinker With Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills. This Will Enable Them To Quickly Identify Training Needs And Develop Effective Solutions To Address Any Knowledge Gaps Among Users.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Salesforce Is A Rapidly Growing Company With A Dynamic Work Environment. The Senior Analyst Should Be Able To Thrive In Such An Environment, Managing Multiple Projects And Deadlines While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail. They Should Also Be Able To Quickly Adapt To Changes And Work Effectively Under Pressure.
