- Develop and implement global enablement strategies and training programs to support the growth and success of Salesforce's customer relationship management platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to address them.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to align training initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and other resources.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires, sales teams, and leadership.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in training and enablement to continuously enhance and evolve training programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce's products, services, and processes, and provide support and guidance to trainees.
- Manage and maintain learning management systems and training databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with external training vendors and partners as needed to support global training initiatives.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, showcasing our training and enablement programs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Extensive Experience In Training And Development: A Senior Analyst, Global Enablement Trainer At Salesforce Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs For A Global Audience.
Strong Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Services: In Order To Effectively Train Employees And Customers On Salesforce Products And Services, The Senior Analyst Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Platform And Its Various Features And Functionalities.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Senior Analyst Must Be A Confident And Articulate Communicator, Capable Of Delivering Engaging And Interactive Training Sessions To A Diverse Audience.
