Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Analyst, ESG Finance Reporting who is ready to take their career to the next level.Reporting to the Director of Sustainability, the Senior Analyst, ESG Finance Reporting will have the opportunity to develop and lead our ESG financial reporting. You will research, evaluate, and recommend innovative solutions to support our ESG initiatives and help the organization reach our sustainability goals.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG financial reporting. Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is preferred. You must also have strong data analysis skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working within a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment.Are you ready to make an impact? Responsibilities:

  1. Research, evaluate, and recommend innovative solutions to support ESG initiatives.
  2. Develop and lead ESG financial reporting.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Create and maintain records of ESG financial reporting.
  5. Develop strategies to help the organization reach sustainability goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date on ESG regulations and best practices.
  7. Work within a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment.
  8. Utilize CRM systems (especially Salesforce) to support ESG initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure ESG initiatives are being met.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
