Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Active Directory Engineer with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Active Directory Engineer at Salesforce, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Active Directory infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient authentication and authorization for our global user base.   1. Design and implement secure and efficient Active Directory infrastructure for global user base.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot existing Active Directory infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning.
  3. Develop and maintain IAM strategies and best practices to enhance security and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Active Directory with other systems and applications.
  5. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Active Directory and IAM.
  6. Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for Active Directory infrastructure and IAM processes.
  8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Active Directory and IAM.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on Active Directory and IAM best practices.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management regarding project updates, issues, and resolutions.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing the Active Directory infrastructure and IAM processes.
  12. Work with vendors and third-party providers to implement and integrate new solutions into the Active Directory infrastructure.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to Active Directory and IAM.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.
  15. Continuously monitor and improve Active Directory and IAM performance to meet business requirements and user expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Active Directory And Identity And Access Management (Iam) Systems, Including Design, Implementation, And Maintenance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems And Active Directory Domain Services (Ad Ds), As Well As Ldap And Saml Protocols.

  • Proficiency In Scripting And Automation Using Powershell And Other Relevant Tools.

  • Experience With Cloud-Based Iam Solutions And Their Integration With On-Premises Active Directory.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage Complex Active Directory Projects, Including Upgrades, Migrations, And Integration With Other Systems.
