We’re looking for a Senior Account Partner at Salesforce to join our team and help us drive success for our clients. As a Senior Account Partner, you’ll be a key member of our team, responsible for managing relationships with our customers and partners. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and handle escalations. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, providing best practices and guidance to help them succeed with Salesforce.To be successful, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions and customer success principles. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision and have the ability to strategically align customer goals with our solutions.
