  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive security governance, risk, and compliance program for Salesforce.
  2. Identify and assess potential security risks and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  3. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and laws.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls.
  5. Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
  6. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address any security gaps.
  7. Communicate security risks and compliance issues to leadership and provide recommendations for remediation.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging threats, and regulatory changes related to security and compliance.
  9. Act as a liaison between the security team and other departments to ensure alignment and understanding of security requirements.
  10. Work closely with third-party vendors and partners to ensure their compliance with Salesforce's security standards.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of security and compliance.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of security training and awareness programs for employees.
  13. Continuously review and improve security processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Represent Salesforce in security and compliance-related meetings and events.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Information Security, Risk Management, Or Compliance Roles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Security Governance, Risk, And Compliance Frameworks Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Pci-Dss.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present To Senior Leadership.
