- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, and provide timely reporting and recommendations for remediation.
- Stay current with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies and provide guidance on their implementation.
- Lead security awareness training and education programs for employees to promote a culture of security.
- Oversee the maintenance and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with security requirements.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports on the company's security posture and risks.
- Continuously review and update security policies and procedures to reflect changes in the organization and industry standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of security controls and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for security-related inquiries from customers, partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with relevant teams to mitigate security incidents.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in security governance, risk, and compliance processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Security, Computer Science, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Security Governance, Risk Management, And Compliance (Grc) In A Large Organization
Knowledge And Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Iso 27001, Gdpr, And Hipaa
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Senior Executives.
