Security GRC Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Security GRC Manager to join Salesforce's world-class security team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about data security and risk management, with a strong background in security governance, risk, and compliance.At Salesforce, we take data security very seriously, and the Security GRC Manager is a critical role in protecting our customers’ information. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive security governance, risk, and compliance program.The ideal candidate for this role has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. They should also have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in security governance, risk, and compliance, preferably in a large enterprise environment. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of security best practices and industry standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and GDPR. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage a comprehensive security governance, risk, and compliance program.
2. Evaluate existing security policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
3. Ensure compliance with security standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and GDPR.
4. Create and maintain security awareness and training programs.
5. Conduct security risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
6. Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
9. Provide guidance and support to other security team members.
10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
