Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, compliance, and risk management of our organization. As a leader in our security team, you will have the opportunity to drive the development and implementation of security policies and procedures, while working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.   1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead the organization's risk management efforts by identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security controls are implemented and maintained across the organization.
  4. Monitor and assess the organization's security posture and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends and make recommendations for proactive measures.
  7. Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Train and educate employees on security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  9. Coordinate and lead incident response efforts in the event of a security breach.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the organization's security and compliance status.
  11. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of security and compliance within the organization.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance security and compliance practices.
  13. Stay current with industry standards and best practices in security governance, risk, and compliance.
  14. Mentor and guide junior members of the security team and provide leadership in the overall security strategy of the organization.
  15. Represent the organization in industry conferences and events related to security, risk, and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Security Governance, Risk Management, And Compliance Frameworks, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Security Principles And Best Practices, With A Focus On Salesforce Products And Services.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Security Policies, Procedures, And Controls To Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Security Initiatives To Completion.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Risk Mitigation Strategies To Protect Critical Assets And Data.
