Job Description

We’re searching for an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Salesforce. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, analyzing customer needs, troubleshooting problems, and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce products and services. If you have exceptional customer service skills, strong analytical abilities, and an in-depth knowledge of Salesforce, then this position could be the perfect fit for you.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, and expert-level knowledge of Salesforce products and services. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance and support to customers using Salesforce products and services
  2. Analyze customer needs and troubleshoot any technical issues related to Salesforce
  3. Work closely with customers to resolve any issues in a timely manner
  4. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  5. Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve and enhance the Salesforce experience
  6. Communicate technical solutions to customers in an easy to understand manner
  7. Provide ongoing customer support and training
  8. Keep up to date with Salesforce products and services
  9. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers
  10. Work in a fast-paced environment
