  1. Design and implement innovative solutions for clients in the retail and consumer goods industries using Salesforce CRM platform.
  2. Utilize deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance and recommendations for clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Lead and manage complex Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  5. Continuously research and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and updates, and recommend their implementation to enhance client processes.
  6. Conduct system and data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in clients' current Salesforce systems.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
  8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail and consumer goods industries.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Salesforce Platform: A Salesforce Technical Architect For Retail And Consumer Goods Must Have Extensive Experience And Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform, Including Its Various Modules And Components, Such As Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, And Commerce Cloud.

  • Retail And Consumer Goods Domain Expertise: This Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of The Retail And Consumer Goods Industry, Including Its Business Processes, Challenges, And Best Practices. A Qualified Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Working With Clients In This Industry.

  • Technical Expertise: A Salesforce Technical Architect Must Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Apex, Visualforce, And Javascript. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Integration, Security, And Performance Optimization.

  • Architecture Design And Implementation Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Salesforce Solutions For Retail And Consumer Goods Clients. This Includes Experience In Creating Technical Architecture Diagrams, Data Models, And Integration Plans.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Offers A Variety Of Certifications That Validate A Candidate's Expertise In Different Areas Of The Platform. A Salesforce Technical Architect Should Have Several Relevant Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Technical Architect And Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
