Salesforce Technical Architect, Healthcare & General Insurance

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our Healthcare & General Insurance team at Salesforce. As Technical Architect, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will leverage your technical expertise and experience in the Healthcare & General Insurance domains to shape and deliver projects that provide significant value to our clients.The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, as well as strong knowledge of the Healthcare & General Insurance industries. You should be able to think strategically while ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet customer needs. A keen interest and passion for technology and innovation are essential for this role.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture• Demonstrated experience with the Healthcare & General Insurance industries• Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations• Ability to think strategically and creatively• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Salesforce certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for clients in the Healthcare & General Insurance domains
2. Leverage technical expertise and experience to shape and deliver projects that provide significant value to clients
3. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients
4. Analyze customer needs and develop strategic solutions to meet those needs
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce technologies and trends
6. Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
7. Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
8. Provide technical support and guidance to team members when needed
9. Document and track project progress and results
10. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions
11. Maintain customer service excellence and communicate effectively with clients
12. Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce costs and improve performance
13. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure successful Salesforce implementations
