  1. Design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions for public sector clients using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud offerings.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop customized solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and best practices for the public sector.
  4. Lead and facilitate workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce for the public sector.
  5. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and updates and provide recommendations for their implementation in client projects.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents and project deliverables.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce solutions.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the public sector to identify potential business opportunities for Salesforce.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients in the public sector and participate in pre-sales activities.
  12. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and data privacy standards in all projects.
  13. Proactively identify and address any risks or roadblocks in project delivery.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies for Salesforce implementation in the public sector.
  15. Represent Salesforce at industry conferences and events to promote our solutions for the public sector.

  • Strong Salesforce Expertise: A Salesforce Solution Architect Should Possess Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Implementing And Customizing Salesforce Solutions Within The Public Sector, Specifically In Service Cloud And Experience Cloud. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Architecture, Data Model, Security, And Integration Capabilities.

  • Public Sector Industry Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Salesforce Solutions In The Public Sector, With A Solid Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Requirements In This Industry. This Includes Experience With Government Agencies, Non-Profit Organizations, And Education Institutions.

  • Solution Design And Architecture Skills: As A Solution Architect, The Candidate Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Business Requirements And Translate Them Into Scalable, Efficient, And Effective Salesforce Solutions. This Requires Strong Solution Design And Architecture Skills, Including The Ability To Create Technical Designs And Documentation.

  • Project Management Experience: A Salesforce Solution Architect Must Have Experience Leading And Managing Large-Scale Salesforce Projects, Including Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders. This Includes Strong Project Management Skills, Such As Planning, Resource Management, Risk Management, And Communication.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Offers A Variety Of Certifications That Validate An Individual's Knowledge And Expertise In Different Aspects Of The Platform. A Qualified Salesforce Solution Architect Should Hold Relevant Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, And Salesforce Certified System Architect. These Certifications Demonstrate A High Level Of Proficiency In Designing And Implementing Salesforce Solutions.
