- Lead and facilitate workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce for the public sector.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and updates and provide recommendations for their implementation in client projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents and project deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the public sector to identify potential business opportunities for Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients in the public sector and participate in pre-sales activities.
