Job Description

Leading projects through the requirements definition and solution design phase. Ensure the overall solution design meets business requirements, fulfills user stories, and leading a team of resources through the build, test, and deployment phases. The candidate must demonstrate dynamic leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. Through user story definition, logical data model design, functional system design, and best-practice methodologies, you will lead the detailed design of enterprise-level Salesforce and related technology projects from inception through production support. You will provide industry standards as a trusted advisor to key business and technology partners and identifying areas of product growth.

Job Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds

  • 6+ years direct experience in SDLC

  • 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems

  • Experience in leading the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions

  • Working experience with ERP, BSS, and OSS enterprise software systems a plus
