  2. Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure successful completion of projects
  3. Establish and monitor project performance metrics
  4. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  5. Lead and motivate project teams to ensure successful outcomes
  6. Develop and implement best practices to ensure high-quality customer experience
  7. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce products and technologies
  8. Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues
  9. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
  10. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
