  7. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress and results.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development and project execution.
  11. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
  12. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients.
  13. Represent Salesforce in professional settings and events to promote the company's products and services.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Products, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, And Others. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform And Its Capabilities.

  • Innovation Mindset: The Engagement Lead Should Have A Strong Passion For Innovation And Be Able To Think Outside The Box To Drive Creative Solutions For Clients. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Drive Innovation Within Salesforce's Products And Services.

  • Project Management Skills: The Engagement Lead Should Have Strong Project Management Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Create And Manage Project Plans, Timelines, And Budgets, As Well As Effectively Communicate Project Updates And Progress To Clients.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Consultants And Developers. The Engagement Lead Should Have Experience In Team Management, Including Delegating Tasks, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative And Supportive Team Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Client Management Skills: The Engagement Lead Will Be The Main Point Of Contact For Clients, So They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Client Expectations And Addressing Any Issues Or Concerns That May Arise During The Engagement.
