  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with overall company strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales operations professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Continuously review and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement training programs for sales team members.
  • Manage and optimize the use of sales tools and technology to support sales operations.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with finance to develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and provide insights and recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance sales strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Strategy And Operations, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Data-Driven And Results-Oriented Mindset.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
