- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Lead and manage a team of sales operations professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of sales processes.
- Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to track progress and inform decision-making.

- Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement training programs for sales team members.
- Manage and optimize the use of sales tools and technology to support sales operations.

- Work closely with finance to develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and provide insights and recommendations to drive sales growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance sales strategy.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Strategy And Operations, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Data-Driven And Results-Oriented Mindset.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Sales Strategies, Managing Sales Operations And Driving Revenue Growth.
