Job Description

Introduction:We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to join our team at Salesforce. This is a senior role and you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our sales strategy and operations, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of our sales team.If you are a highly motivated, creative, and organized individual with a passion for sales, then this role is the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for someone who has the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively across departments.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales operations and/or sales strategy and planning. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies and operations that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
  2. Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting goals and objectives, overseeing customer service, and developing processes and procedures.
  3. Monitor the performance of sales activities and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.
  5. Create and manage effective sales campaigns, including designing messaging, coordinating promotional materials, and tracking results.
  6. Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
  8. Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, as well as other sales-related technology.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for sales activities and operations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the company is competitive.
