  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve company targets.
  2. Lead and manage sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
  5. Create and maintain sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Train and mentor sales team members on best practices and new strategies.
  7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members.
  8. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in sales processes and operations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  10. Prepare and present sales reports and presentations to senior management.
  11. Manage and allocate sales resources and budgets.
  12. Monitor and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  13. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to inform sales strategies and operations.
  14. Monitor and ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In A Leadership Or Operations Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sales Processes, Techniques, And Strategies.

  • Salesforce Expertise: As This Role Is At Salesforce, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform And Its Various Features, Such As Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, And Einstein Analytics. They Should Also Be Familiar With Salesforce's Best Practices And Be Able To Leverage The Platform To Drive Sales Success.
