Job Description

Build repeatable processes and reporting packages to empower both sales leaders and reps with critical operational data related to sales strategy and execution. Develop and maintain standardized operational reports, and dashboards, and data sources to monitor overall territory health, data integrity, and other key objectives and performance indicators. Monitor and share fluctuations in business critical KPIs. Support ongoing analysis of business performance. Inform executive decisions. Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data to track sales performance and metrics. Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a wide range of issues and developing operational procedures and policies to handle volume. Collaborate cross-functionally within the Sales Operations organization to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Passion for creating scalable reporting products that are intuitive to use and enable others with data

  • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in consulting, finance, sales/marketing operations, product management

  • A natural leader with an ability to build things from scratch. A curiosity about creating structure wherever needed.
