Job Description

We are searching for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the Salesforce team. This role will be a vital part of our sales team and will help us to achieve our sales goals.The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for sales, a hunger to learn, and an exceptional ability to build relationships. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a resilient nature. Responsibilities:

  1. Contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other forms of digital outreach to introduce our products and services.
  2. Generate leads and develop relationships with potential customers.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and reach our sales targets.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  6. Participate in sales meetings, training, and team building activities.
  7. Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve customer engagement.
  8. Monitor competitor activity and report findings to the sales team.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  10. Create reports and presentations to communicate results and progress.
