Responsibilities:

  1. Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or other channels to introduce Salesforce products and services.
  2. Research customer needs and identify business opportunities.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster customer success.
  4. Demonstrate the value of Salesforce products to potential customers.
  5. Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams on customer needs.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings.
  7. Achieve set sales goals and quotas.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  9. Generate leads and referrals for the sales team.
  10. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
